     Paper Submission




Online Registration


      Please register for THA 2015  from the online registration site ( Please complete your registration by logging-in to your Personal Page. If you have not yet registered your personal information, please first complete the required items on ID Application page in order to acquire your ID and Password.

     The review process of THA 2015 is “double-blind”. The refore paper must be submitted without author’s names and affiliations appearing in the manuscripts submitted for review.


Abstract or Paper Submission Guidelines


    1.  Abstract submission Deadline (Extend) :  30 August 2014  

              Authors are requested to submit abstract or full paper of their papers through THA 2015 Online Submission System.

              Abstract should be written in English with in 250 words (A4 not longer than 1 page)
              excluding the title of the paper, author name(s), affiliation(s), and keyword(s) that should be displayed at the top of the page. (in Microsoft Word version)

   2.  Paper Submission Deadline: 15 November 2014

           Full paper submission in English is expected. All manuscripts must be prepared in the standard THA 2015 Conference Proceedings format and limited to the maximum of 6 pages of A4 form in PDF format. Please use 10 points and Time New Roman font. The authors’ names and affiliations, postal addresses, telephones, fax numbers and e-mail addresses must be omitted from the submitted manuscripts. Only electric submissions with PDF files will be accepted via the online submission at: THA 2015 Online Submission System.

     Authors are expected to present their papers at the Conference upon acceptance and presenting authors are required to register for the Conference.



Oral Presentation
     A total 15 minutes will be allocated to each oral presentation including 5 minutes discussion. Official language is English. All speakers are required to specify presentation accessory in the registration form (overhead-or LCD-projector).


Poster Presentation
    The size of a Poster Board is 80 cm. (width) x 120 cm. (height). All necessary accessories will be available. Authors are required to mount their materials before 9.00 am on the day of their presentations. The materials can be removed after 6.00 pm. Authors are expected to be at their posters during the assigned sessions.


Text Formatting

  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Word.
  • Use a normal, plain font (e.g., 10-point Times Roman) for text.
  • Use italics for emphasis.
  • Use the automatic page numbering function to number the pages.
  • Do not use field functions.
  • Use tab stops or other commands for indents, not the space bar.
  • Use the table function, not spreadsheets, to make tables.
  • Use the equation editor or MathType for equations.
